Freightflow is built by The Meridian Globals for freight forwarders and exporters. Most of the industry still runs on inboxes, PDFs and spreadsheets; we think the people doing that work deserve software that keeps up with it.
Why we built it
Freight forwarding runs on documents that arrive out of order and in every format: booking confirmations, rate replies, packing lists, carrier and ICD invoices. Each one needs a person to read it before anything can move.
So good operators spend their day re-typing PDFs and chasing email threads while free days run out and invoices wait. Hiring more people doesn't fix that. A shared record does.
Freightflow is that record. Every desk works on the same job, from booking and transport to documents, billing and GST e-invoicing, so people spend their time on the decisions only they can make.
Three principles we don't compromise on
Operator-first
We shape every feature with the people who run operations: the desks that chase bookings, check bills and answer for demurrage. If it doesn't help them, it doesn't ship.
Reality over demos
We build and test against the real, messy documents carriers send, not clean samples. In a demo, we'd rather work through your hardest case than a staged one.
Radical simplicity
Freight software is known for needing a training course. Ours shouldn't. If a screen isn't clear the first time you use it, that's ours to fix, not yours to memorise.
