About Freightflow

We're building the operating system for freight forwarders.

Freightflow is a product of The Meridian Globals. It exists because the people who move the world's cargo still run on inboxes, PDFs and spreadsheets — and deserve infrastructure that matches the complexity of their work.

Why we built it

Freight forwarding is a business of documents that arrive unstructured and out of order: booking confirmations, arrival notices, rate replies, carrier and ICD invoices — each in its own format, each demanding a human to read it before anything can happen.

So the sharpest operators end up spending their day re-typing PDFs and chasing threads, while free-day clocks run down and GST e-invoice deadlines loom. It isn't a headcount problem. It's a missing layer of infrastructure.

Freightflow is that layer. It reads the documents, extracts and validates the data, reconciles the bills and files the e-invoices — so the people on the desk can go back to the judgement calls only they can make.

How we work

Three principles we don't compromise on.

Operator-first

Every feature is shaped with the people who actually run operations — the desk that chases bookings, reconciles bills and answers to demurrage. If it doesn't help that desk, it doesn't ship.

Reality over demos

Extraction is built and tested against the messy, real documents carriers actually send — not clean samples. We'd rather show you how it handles your worst PDF than a staged one.

Radical simplicity

Freight software is famous for needing a training course. Ours shouldn't. If a capability can't be understood on first use, that's our problem to fix, not yours to memorise.
